1991

Techno Group of Companies was founded. The company started to develop network applications for Relcom network.

1992

We created AND-Server a software solution for remote network access to public domain database.

1993

Consolidation with group of UNIX-system specialists for development of cooperative product. Implementation of TACIS projects in Moscow and Leningrad Region.

1994

Projecting of departmental data network for State Customs Committee of the Russian Federation. A new local area network department was launched for LAN networking on administrative objects. Supplying and installation of ORACLE application for several companies.

1995

The Group continues to work with State Customs Committee of the Russian Federation in the North-West Region. We start to work on projecting and construction of cabling system, uninterruptible power system and software systems for PromStroyBank and Lentransgaz. Since 1995 Techno Group of Companies declare itself as experienced system integrator able to solve hard and large-scale problems.

1996

Corporate network development for Lentransgaz and Promstroybank bank chain. Conclusion of partnership agreements with the leading foreign and Russian suppliers.

1997

Sharp increase of large-scale projects for corporate clients in the company portfolio. The company was awarded the status of General system integrator by North-Western Customs Directorate of Russia.

1998

The company successfully passed through economic crisis. A new client services department was launched.

1999

Relaunch of software development department. Development of software application for automatic distribution of permissions for trucks and commercial vehicles to enter the city center and special software application for weight stations. Regional data transmittal network for "LenTransGaz“ (a part of “Gazprom” jsc) development and implementation in cooperation with Nokia. Foundation of subsidiary enterprise ‘Techno-Stroymontazh’ for cabling works.

2000

Establishment of special division for development and manufacturing of process control equipment and installation of produced equipment on weight stations and industrial enterprises in Russia.

Hardware development for automation of border control and custom clearance on international automobile border-crossing point Saymensky. Further growth of the division, creation of complicated and sophisticated hardware including X-ray, explosive and drugs detection systems.

2001

Growth of client services department and foundation of ‘Techno-St.Petersburg service’ subsidiary enterprise.

2002

Techno Group of companies started to work on development of telecommunication and information infrastructure of the presidential residence - Palace of Congresses in Strelna.

In cooperation with the leading European suppliers and designers TechnoGroup started to work upon creation of intelligent transport systems in Russia.

2003

Techno begin to operate as general designer and general contractor in construction of buildings and structures and operating on several distant units concurrently equipping it with technical means complexes.

2004

Foundation of related companies according to the core businesses: ‘T-Traffic’ llc and ‘Techno-Traffic’ llc for transport direction in St.Petersburg and Moscow accordingly, ‘T-Project’ cjsc for software development.

2005

First HCV-Gantry X-ray scanner were put into operation on international automobile border-crossing point Troebortnoe in Bryansk region.

Our experts generated a new approach for implementation of public transport prioritization.

2006

We supplied Rostov custom with the first mobile cargo inspection complex HCV-Mobile. Techno Group of companies won a tender for trunk network construction for the State Border.

The corporate network was developed and implemented by Techno experts for G8 Summit in Palace of Congresses in Strelna.

The Group together with the State Inspection for Road Traffic Safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Moscow Government developed the KASKAD - video enforcement system.

2007

A contract for exclusive distribution of screening systems throughout Russia was awarded. Forty HCVM – mobile cargo screening and four HCVG were supplied for purposes of Federal Customs Service.

KASKAD - video enforcement system was implemented in Moscow and Moscow Region. Our specialists successfully create 3-D traffic simulation for separate sections of St.Petersburg road network.

2008

Two international automobile border-crossing points in Caucuses region were putted into operation as well as the first in Russia X-Ray systems for freight and cargo inspection in St.Petersburg seaport.

Techno completed works in the North Caucasian part of the State Border. Begin operations in Russia - Kazakstan Border.

2009

In July an unprecedented automated traffic management system for the third traffic ring was launched in Moscow. We had been developing this project starting from the beginning of 2006 in cooperation with Siemens.

Techno beguines construction intelligent transport system on the federal highway DON M-4. Intelligent transport system of the St.Petersburg Ring Road (southern and eastern parts) is ready to acceptance inspection. Techno experts developed and projected toll collection system for the Western High Speed Diameter in St.Petersburg.

Our experts developed and implemented information systems for president residence in Sochi, for number of objects under the supervision of the Russian Federal Ministry of Defense. We continue to work on the Russia - Kazakstan Border to implement the State Target Programme “State Border of the Russian Federation”.

In November we putted into operation the first point in the Russia - Kazakstan Border in the Astrakhan Region. Our experts implemented communication system in first branch of pipeline transportation system «Eastern Siberia – Pacific Ocean».
